Mara is a passionate painter, mixed media artist, and children's literature writer and illustrator. She has studied a variety of art forms, both formally and through self-taught resources. In spite of her training, Mara doesn't take herself or her art too seriously. She loves leading engaging workshops full of fun and laughter. Mara believes "if people make art while enjoying themselves, they will enjoy the art they make."
